Technology Advisory Consulting Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Advisory Consulting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology strategy, IT project management, and business process analysis.
Key Service Offerings
IT Due Diligence – assess the current state of IT and provide recommendations for post‑investment execution.
IT Strategy Roadmap – uncover key business objectives, assess the current IT state, and outline a multi‑year strategy.
IT System Selection – guide companies through critical IT decisions and build consensus around the winner.
IT Project Management Office/Office of the CIO – oversee critical projects and provide a structured project management framework.
IT Mergers, Acquisitions, and Integrations – set strategy and oversee the integration of all IT‑related aspects.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement – partner with clients, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop actionable technology strategies.
Strategic Planning – develop and deliver technology roadmaps, and provide guidance on IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
Project Oversight – oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Business Process Review – analyze clients' business processes to identify improvement opportunities and digital transformation.
Technology Solutions – evaluate and recommend solutions that meet clients' needs and stay abreast of emerging technologies.
Stakeholder Communication – facilitate clear communication, prepare reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations.
Mentorship and Development – mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the consulting practice.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
At least five (5) years of experience in technology consulting including IT due diligence and project management servicing private equity clients.
Experience with Manufacturing & Distribution clients is a plus.
Previous data analytics experience.
Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation.
Excellent problem‑solving, strategic thinking, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, COBIT) are a plus.
Hybrid or Remote work arrangement; 25‑50% travel required.
