Client Solutions Director – Kepler
Apply to join Kepler, a digital media agency that partners with brands to build personalized, productive relationships with consumers.
Base Pay Range $140,000 – $173,000 per year
Responsibilities
Act as senior point of contact for an assigned client portfolio; interface with client leadership and lead executive discussions.
Partner with clients to understand business goals, marketing objectives, and competitive constraints; build digital strategies to address these areas.
Directly lead a team of up to 15 Managers and Analysts; provide strategic guidance across Kepler’s functional teams.
Be a strategic expert on digital media planning, tactics, and measurement; lead media planning, tactic selection, partner negotiation, campaign design, and measurement.
Oversee ad operations across assigned clients, including pixel strategy, tag management, and ad trafficking.
Desired Skills & Experience
5–10+ years in digital advertising account management, yield optimization, marketing strategy/consulting, or brand management.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams, directly and indirectly, with proven ability to develop junior staff.
Strong ability to apply innovative thinking to solve complex client marketing challenges.
Excellent listening, presentation, and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable using Excel for data analysis with understanding of advanced analytic approaches.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major preferred.
Total Compensation
Base Salary: $140,000 – $173,000
Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 10% ($14,000 – $17,300)
Target Total Cash: $154,000 – $190,300
