Position Overview
Vice President of Commercial Operations – Aggregates Business. Lead strategy, innovation, and growth across sales, marketing, pricing, and customer engagement functions while influencing the direction of a market-leading organization. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability and competitiveness. Partner with finance and operations to ensure cost‑to‑serve discipline and margin optimization. Elevate brand visibility through innovative marketing and customer engagement. Drive digital transformation and data‑driven marketing initiatives. Inspire, mentor, and grow a world‑class commercial team. Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer‑centricity. Align commercial strategies with operational capabilities and supply chain dynamics. Partner with logistics, finance, HR, and operations to ensure seamless execution. Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial roles within Construction Materials or Aggregates. Proven success driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and team development. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience managing complex customer relationships and leading large teams. Willingness to travel across the region as needed. Knowledge & Skills
