Manager/Senior Manager – Campaign Management (Pharma & Life Sciences) Tiger Analytics is an advanced analytics consulting firm trusted by Fortune 100 companies to generate business value from data. Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary consulting partner for client marketing teams.

Translate client business goals into actionable campaign strategies and roadmaps.

Build trusted relationships with senior marketing and analytics stakeholders.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Design and oversee omnichannel campaign programs (email, push, SMS, paid media, loyalty).

Partner with internal marketing ops teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.

Use insights to guide audience segmentation, offer strategies, and personalization logic.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

Define campaign KPIs and success metrics; monitor campaign performance.

Partner with analytics teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Lead post‑campaign reviews, ROI analysis, and continuous improvement plans.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Manage a cross‑functional team of campaign analysts, data engineers, and marketing ops specialists.

Ensure operational excellence, quality control, and adherence to client SLAs.

Mentor junior consultants on campaign design, client communication, and analytical storytelling.

Tools & Technology

Work closely with MarTech platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, etc.).

Collaborate with data teams on campaign automation, audience data flows, and measurement frameworks.

Contribute to capability building and thought leadership in marketing operations consulting.

Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM campaign management, or digital consulting.

Proven success in leading multi‑channel campaign operations and client consulting engagements.

Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, personalization, and A/B testing.

Hands‑on familiarity with MarTech tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, or similar).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Experience managing global or enterprise clients (Healthcare and Life Sciences preferred).
