Quality Assurance Auditor – Full‑time, On‑site, Spokane, WA
Jubilant HollisterStier LLC is a nationally recognized contract manufacturer of sterile injectable vials, lyophilized products, and allergenic extracts. The Allergy business is a worldwide leader in the manufacture of allergenic extracts, primarily treating allergies and asthma.
Responsibilities
Perform QA inspection and auditing of manufacturing operations to ensure all products meet labeling, dating, and packaging requirements as defined by SOPs and cGMP.
Process final container samples and conduct visual inspections of product vials and packaging over extended periods of time (8‑10 hours/day).
Review and approve product records and entries for completeness and accuracy.
Assure that labeling and packaging lines are clean and free of materials and components from previous lots.
Conduct annual retention sample inspections.
Recognize potential problems, document issues, and follow up with supervisors to resolve deficiencies in product quality or manufacturing systems.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years related experience required (no degree).
Minimum 1 year related experience required with an Associate’s degree; no experience required with a Bachelor’s degree.
Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, problem‑solving skills, and interpersonal relations.
Limited/elementary vocational knowledge required.
Position requires cGMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing knowledge; ability to recognize deficiencies in product quality.
14/14 Corrected Near‑Point required.
Ability to lift 40 pounds unassisted required.
Exposure to allergens required.
Prolonged standing required.
Bending and reaching; ability to stoop to access lower shelves for samples/inspection required.
Compensation
Hiring Wage: $27.90–$37.73 hourly, depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises.
Shift Differential pay available for selected shift hours.
Weekday Day Shift – 12 hours.
