Overview
We’re looking for a digital product manager who excels at customer‑centric product design and has a knack for rallying teams of engineers and designers to build and deliver simple experiences that make it easy for Patelco members to manage their financial life. As part of the Digital Delivery organization, you will translate our high‑level strategic vision for online banking into a customer‑centric product roadmap and lead its execution. You will develop the product strategy, lead day‑to‑day management of our online and mobile/app products, prioritize projects, and create go‑to‑market plans. Responsibilities
Own, develop, and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap, continually iterating to meet customer needs and keep online banking competitive. Define end‑to‑end customer experiences, drive requirements, build and manage roadmaps and backlogs, and prioritize work. Lead development of new features from concept to launch through the entire digital development lifecycle—research, ideation, prototyping, measuring, and iterating. Work with cross‑functional designers, developers, and external partners in an agile environment to enhance our online and mobile products. Test and learn through customer research, production tests, and performance analysis to evolve products and define rollout strategies. Lead research, testing, metrics analysis, data insights, and experimentation to inform decisions. Partner with key internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to translate business strategies into digital features that delight customers. Understand customer pain points, assist in defining solutions, and bring them to life. Keep abreast of emerging technologies/AI, fintech innovations, and digital banking trends to inform product direction and strategy. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Human‑Center Design, or equivalent field preferred. 7+ years of experience in digital product management. 5+ years managing consumer‑facing mobile products (apps and mobile web). Financial services experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding and experience utilizing design‑thinking best practices—empathy, requirements definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing to deliver digital products and experiences. Hybrid position based out of the Dublin Headquarters office. Target Base Pay
$115,548 – $144,435 per year Compensation at Patelco
