Hybrid Work Policy Employees are expected to work from one of our office hubs at least two days per week, or eight days per month. Our US hub locations include Austin, TX; New York City, NY; San Francisco, CA; and the Arlington, VA metro area.

What You'll Do

Deep Discovery: Apply business acumen to account planning and discovery to support the sales process.

Solution Design: Develop a deep knowledge of our solution to present to prospective customers.

Presentation & Thought Leadership: Leverage behavioral science knowledge in presentations, workshops, webinars, and speaking engagements.

Insights & Value: Partner with the customer success team to bring to life the impact of BetterUp on organizations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Shape product direction and deliver for customers by collaborating with R&D, Product, Labs, Sales Leadership, Customer Success & Implementation, and Coach Operations.

C-Level Consulting: Perform professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level Executives.

Prioritization & Project Management: Manage multiple customer deliverables and stakeholders concurrently, prioritizing the most important and impactful work.

Qualifications

M.A. with a minimum of 7 years of consulting and/or business experience; or a minimum of 5 years with a Ph.D. in behavioral science or related field.

Domain expertise in behavioral science and HR (Talent Development, Talent Management, L&D, and OD).

Facilitation and presentation skills, including experience presenting to large audiences and executives.

Experience engaging stakeholders at the executive level; a challenger mindset is a plus.

Experience researching and understanding businesses, including identifying business challenges and applying business acumen.

Strong verbal and written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Expertise working with quantitative and qualitative data, basic statistics, and developing recommendations.

Agility and comfort with ambiguity to adapt to shifting priorities.

Highly collaborative to foster cross-team learning and drive team results.

Willingness to travel regularly, up to 40% of time.

Salary Base salary range for this role is $142,500 – $242,000. If you live in New York, the base salary range for this role is $161,300 – $242,000 in New York City; $151,850 – $227,750 in Albany, Buffalo, Nassau, Newburgh, Rochester, Syracuse.
