Join us as a Senior People Insights Consultant at BetterUp and help shape the future of work through data-driven insights and behavioral science.
What You’ll Do
Deep Discovery: Apply your business acumen to account planning and discovery to support the sales process. Utilize your expertise to help identify and clearly define with prospects and partners the most urgent problem in their organization that BetterUp can solve.
Solution Design: Leverage your deep business and human capital knowledge to develop a deep understanding of our solutions and present how BetterUp helps organizations achieve breakthrough performance and create thriving environments.
Presentation & Thought Leadership: Share the science of BetterUp with desired organizational outcomes through presentations, conversations, workshops, webinars, and speaking engagements at industry events.
Insights & Value: Partner with Customer Success to bring to life the impact BetterUp is having. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to create powerful stories that support retention and growth of key partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Shape product and delivery by collaborating with R&D, Product, Labs, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Implementation, and Coach Operations.
C-Level Consulting: Perform discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing with C-Level executives, especially CHRO and CFO offices.
Prioritization & Project Management: Manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders simultaneously, prioritizing impactful work and delivering with top quality.
Qualifications
M.A. with a minimum of 7 years in consulting or business, ideally within HR, or a Ph.D. in behavioral science or related field.
Domain expertise in behavioral science and HR (Talent Development/Management, L&D, OD).
Facilitation and presentation skills, experience presenting to large audiences and executives both virtually and in person.
Experience engaging executive stakeholders and a challenger mindset to influence thinking about people development.
Experience researching and understanding business strategies and applying business acumen.
Strong verbal and written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Comfort with quantitative and qualitative data (basic statistics, pattern analysis, data-driven recommendations).
Agility and comfort with ambiguity to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Collaborative, cross-team oriented mindset to drive results.
Willingness to travel up to 40% of time.

Compensation Base salary range: $142,500 – $242,000. If you live in New York City, range: $161,300 – $242,000. If you live in Albany, Buffalo, Nassau, Newburgh, or Rochester, range: $151,850 – $227,750.
BetterUp compensates employees fairly based on experience, education, location, and market indicators. The range may be modified in the future.
