Snowflake is seeking a results-oriented
Account Based Marketing Manager
to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in driving growth within our Enterprise Customer base by developing and executing targeted ABM strategies.
This role will follow Snowflake’s hybrid 3-day in-office policy and can be located in our Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, or Denver, CO office.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs focused on driving deal acceleration, increased growth, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities within US Enterprise accounts.
Create personalized digital experiences, including landing pages and tailored content, and implement multi-channel campaigns that resonate with key decision-makers.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, and Solution Product Marketing teams to develop comprehensive account plans, including account-specific research, events, and follow-up strategies.
Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders to inform future strategies and optimize program effectiveness.
Leverage data and insights to continuously refine ABM strategies, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and maximizing ROI.
Qualifications
3+ years of prior marketing experience, with a focus on Account Based Marketing and a demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing targeted campaigns.
Strong understanding of the Enterprise sales cycle and experience working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue.
Proven ability to develop creative and innovative ABM programs that engage target accounts and drive desired outcomes.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Bombora, Demandbase, Canva, Figma or equivalent tools.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, embrace change, and thrive in a dynamic and results-oriented culture.
Familiarity and/or an interest in exploring and applying AI-driven marketing programs and use cases to enhance ABM effectiveness.
