In This Role
Prepare customers for and complete validation studies on instrumentation, including instrument set‑up, calibration, precision studies and method comparisons.
Provide both onsite and remote phone support for assay and QC related questions and deliver onsite training for proper operation of instrumentation.
Collaborate with customer Key Operators during validation to reinforce training and ensure readiness.
Address operational and performance questions in line with specifications and regulatory standards, partnering with Technical Support, Field Service, Sales and Customer Training teams.
Essential Requirements
Associate’s degree with a minimum of 3 years in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation or a related field.
Advanced understanding of the Diagnostics or Healthcare industry with heavy emphasis on the laboratory regulatory environment.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
Up to 95 % traveling and driving, including overnight stays. Domestic travel predominant, occasional international.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable record.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, stand, walk and sit for prolonged periods, and perform manual tasks such as kneeling and stair climbing.
Benefits & Compensation Remote hybrid work arrangement is available. Hourly range: $40.00–$46.00 per hour. Bonus/incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off and 401(k) are offered.
