World Wide Professional Solutions (WWPS) is seeking an
experienced and motivated Schedule Integration Manager
to join our team supporting a large-scale Bio Pharma construction program in Richmond, VA. The successful candidate will lead the development, integration, and governance of construction schedules for cleanroom facilities, process utilities, and GMP‑compliant systems. This is an onsite position in Richmond, VA. Candidates must be local, open to relocation with an approved package, or able to support the project onsite through a per‑diem arrangement.
This role requires Bio Pharma Construction Scheduling experience and strong expertise in Primavera P6 scheduling, schedule analytics, and integration across multiple project data sources. The Schedule Integration Manager ensures that all project stakeholders, owners, contractors, and trade partners are aligned to a single, accurate plan of record that supports compliance‑driven milestones, commissioning, and validation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and govern integrated master schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and validation phases.
Aggregate and reconcile schedule inputs from multiple trades, contractors, and systems into a consolidated program schedule.
Perform critical path analysis, risk assessments, and scenario planning to support proactive decision‑making.
Standardize reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and cadence of schedule reviews for executive and project‑level stakeholders.
Align construction schedules with procurement timelines for long‑lead equipment and validated systems.
Partner with cost controls to ensure accurate alignment between cash flow forecasts, earned value, and construction progress.
Provide clear, actionable schedule narratives to owners, project managers, and regulators.
Support lean construction practices, including Last Planner® System and pull‑planning workshops.
Drive schedule discipline while ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory milestones (FDA readiness, commissioning, qualification, and validation).
Requirements
7‑10 years’ experience in Bio Pharma Construction Scheduling
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in construction scheduling and integration on large‑scale industrial or manufacturing projects.
Proven track record in developing and managing Primavera P6 schedules; proficiency with MS Project and advanced Excel skills required.
Experience with cleanroom construction, process utilities, and Bio Pharma or Life Sciences facilities strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to synthesize large volumes of schedule data.
Excellent communication skills to interface with owners, contractors, and regulatory stakeholders.
Familiarity with Lean Construction methods (pull planning, Last Planner® System).
Prior experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or regulated Bio Pharma environments a strong plus.
