Full-Time | Hybrid Responsibilities
Lead both the finance & accounting team Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Review consolidated financial results and prepare materials for executive leadership. Accounting, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting. Develop tax planning strategies to optimize the Group's tax position including cross-border transactions. Ensure regulatory compliance Work with leaders in different departments to analyze their financial performance to provide insight and identify cost savings opportunities Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions to support the company's financial objectives and the development of corporate financial planning; Stay current with changes in accounting standards, financial regulations, and relevant legislation. Participate in ESG reporting Other ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned Qualifications
Experience in real estate, private equity or asset management highly preferred. 7+ years of progressive financial leadership Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline CPA or equivalent professional qualification is essential. Knowledge of IFRS Seniority level
