Manager, ISC Finance, Strategy and Transformation
Reporting to the Senior Manager, ISC Finance, Strategy and Transformation, this role is primarily responsible for supporting the newly created Cash Office covering all Free Cash Flow components with a strong focus on Working Capital.
Key responsibilities include:
Support Cash Flow Modelling
Consolidate and ensure consistency of financial data related to Cash
Prepare standard Cash reporting for key stakeholders
Assist in the coordination of quarterly projections, annual budgets, and 3‑year strategic planning process
Support analysis and preparation for Cash Office Steering Committee and monthly Cash performance reviews
Act as the link between GBS, Treasury, Business Units and Regions to ensure alignment and consistency on Cash figures
Answer ad hoc requests and support special projects as required
Comply with all local, state, federal, and BD safety regulations, policies, and procedures
Comply with all BD quality policies, procedures, and practices
Plant site and headquarter visits as required
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
2+ years of relevant accounting experience
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.)
Strong financial systems knowledge (specifically SAP, JDE, BPC)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Power BI, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and decision‑making skills
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Ability to handle multiple/detail‑oriented tasks
Ability to collaborate in a global, cross‑functional environment
Preferred qualifications:
Operations Finance experience
Previous experience within BDX Finance
Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and influence others
Experience with Free Cash Flow modeling
Experience with financial data consolidation and reporting
