Manager, ISC Finance, Strategy and Transformation
Reporting to the Senior Manager, ISC Finance, Strategy and Transformation, this role is primarily responsible for supporting the newly created Cash Office of the Company covering all Free Cash Flow components with a strong focus on Working Capital (Receivables, Inventory, Payables).
This role will be critical in coordinating the actuals monitoring and forecast process of all financials related to Cash and will work in close collaboration with GBS, Treasury and ISC Finance Teams. It will also aim at developing standard reporting and KPIs definitions/playbook and implementing a Cash Culture and Training roadmap to be rolled out across the Company.

Responsibilities
Support Free Cash flow Modelling
Consolidate and ensure consistency of financial data related to Cash
Prepare Cash standard reporting for key stakeholders
Assist in the coordination of quarterly projections, annual budgets, and 3-year strategic planning process
Support analysis and preparation for Cash Office Steering Committee and Monthly Cash performance reviews
Make the link between GBS, Treasury, Business Units and Regions to ensure alignment and consistency on Cash figures
Answer ad hoc requests and support special projects, as required
Comply with all local, state, federal, and BD safety regulations, policies, and procedures
Comply with all local BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through consistent application of sound quality assurance principles
Plant site and headquarters visits, as required
Incumbent may be located near any of our US BD locations, for this in-office role
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
2+ years of relevant accounting experience
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.)
Strong financial systems and tools knowledge (specifically SAP, JDE, BPC)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Power BI, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Ability to handle multiple detail-oriented tasks
Ability to collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications
Operations Finance experience
Previous experience within BDX Finance
Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and influence others
Experience with Free Cash Flow modelling
Experience with financial data consolidation and reporting
Salary Range $114,600.00 - $189,100.00 USD Annual
