$125,000 - $175,000

per year, generous benefits, hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities

Advise high‑net‑worth individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning strategies and wealth transfer. Draft and review complex estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Handle probate and trust administration matters with precision and sensitivity. Provide guidance on gift, estate, and generation‑skipping transfer tax issues. Collaborate with other attorneys across practice areas to deliver comprehensive client solutions. Maintain and grow client relationships through thoughtful, responsive service. Contribute to firm leadership and mentoring of junior attorneys, if desired. Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Minimum of 10 years of experience in trusts and estates law. Admission to the New Hampshire Bar (or ability to waive in). Portable book of business of at least $275,000. Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. High ethical standards and professional integrity. Desire to work in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment. Benefits
