Strategy and Operations Lead, APCS YouTube Solutions
Join Google’s YouTube Solutions team to lead go‑to‑market strategy, operational execution and cross‑functional partnership across Agency, Platforms and Client Solutions (APCS).
Overview As the Strategy and Operations Lead, you will partner with the Managing Director of APCS YouTube Solutions and leadership to develop and drive execution of the go‑to‑market sales strategy across multiple business units, optimizing resources, managing weekly management meetings, setting KPIs and measuring progress.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Managing Director of APCS YouTube Solutions and leadership to develop the go‑to‑market sales strategy across multiple businesses and drive execution across the team.
Drive operational logistics, including optimizing resource allocation across teams, engagement models, managing weekly management meetings, setting KPIs, and measuring progress/identifying opportunities to improve performance.
Identify opportunities to improve team efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale best practices and collaboration across the sectors and partner teams.
Participate in and help steer cross‑functional strategic initiatives, ensuring proper strategy, implementation and adoption.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA degree.
2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
Experience working for technology/media companies or consulting firms.
Excellent problem‑solving, tactical and investigative capabilities, and track record of building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
Location Candidates may select preferred working locations: New York, NY; Atlanta, GA; Boulder, CO; Chicago, IL; Mountain View, CA; Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; San Bruno, CA.
Compensation US base salary range $147,000‑$216,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits.
