The headquarters in Westborough, MA houses the Store Support Center, Company Warehouse, and Culinary Center.
Position Summary The Pricebook Coordinator will maintain accurate item‑level details, including cost and retail prices, and support operations team members for pricing and product discrepancies. The role is highly cross‑functional with Marketing, Finance, IT, and Operations.
Responsibilities
Maintain vendor, store, and item level data
Analyze, enter, and adjust codes and categorizations for products offered in the stores
Retrieve and analyze data from PDI or other internal reporting (Power BI, PDI Exception reporting)
Arrange and present data in a user‑friendly format for Marketing, Finance, and Operations departments
Obtain information on new products and/or vendors, including store authorization, cost, and retail data
Maintain promotional activity and track corresponding paperwork
Collect and maintain Direct Store Deliveries (DSD) and Warehouse (WH) vendor information using available systems (e.g., McLane, D365, PDI)
Maintain pre‑structured filing system and confirm paperwork completion
Support Operations and Finance with pricebook‑related matters with quick turnaround
Working Relationship Marketing, Finance, IT and Operations
Requirements Minimum Education:
High School Diploma
Preferred Education:
Bachelor of Science degree
Minimum Experience:
2‑5 years of computer experience and strong retail background
Preferred Experience:
Strong retail background, computer literacy, ability to analyze large volumes of complex data, standard computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), very strong communication skills
Soft Skills:
Excel and Word skills, knowledge of PDI Enterprise a plus, experience in retail a plus, excellent organizational and communication skills
