Senior Associate, Portfolio Reporting & Valuations
Unity Partners is a principles-based middle‑market private equity firm that partners with ambitious leadership teams looking to accelerate growth.
We are seeking a bright and dynamic teammate to focus on reporting, analysis, and coordination with portfolio company finance teams.
Job Responsibilities
Collect, review, and consolidate portfolio company reporting packages monthly.
Maintain standard reporting templates and ensure consistency across portfolio companies.
Assist in LP reporting by compiling performance data and valuation updates.
Prepare valuation models monthly for internal review.
Prepare quarterly valuation memos and presentations for the Valuation Committee.
Partner with auditors and fund administrator to provide supporting valuation documentation.
Preferred Experience and Attributes
3–6 years of experience in audit, valuation advisory, transaction services (Big Four or equivalent) and/or private equity firm.
Exposure to private equity/alternative investments strongly preferred.
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
CPA, CFA, or progress toward designation is a plus.
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Collaborative team player who can manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
Portfolio monitoring system experience is a plus.
Compensation Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus, full benefits.
Location Dallas, TX office. Reports to Vice President, Finance.
