Senior Valuations Manager

Responsibilities Review valuation recommendations and calculations Review quarterly investment reports and other LP reports to ensure valuation metrics align with valuation inputs Perform back testing on recent exits and IPOs Drive enhancements to valuations, analytics, and reporting processes, procedures, and use of technology Use data to provide high-level insights on quarterly valuations and portfolio company performance to the firm Provide guidance on valuations to deal teams and other internal valuation reviewers, serving as an authority on valuation guidance and recommendations Prepare and present materials for firm committees Requirements Bachelor’s degree required 7-10 years of experience in a valuations role Experience creating and reviewing valuation models for private equity investments Experience with iLevel and other valuation tools CPA, CFA, or ASA certification preferred Salary Range $175,000-$200,000 Seniority level
