Base pay range $190,000.00/yr – $230,000.00/yr

Associate Director - Head of USA at Interlink Talent Solutions About the Role

As Of Counsel, you will join a team of exceptional attorneys representing sophisticated clients in complex employment and labor matters, with a focus on wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative claims.

Responsibilities

Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution

Represent clients in a broad range of employment and labor disputes

Handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations

Draft legal documents including briefs, memos, and client updates

Collaborate with attorneys and partners on strategic legal projects

Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school

Active license to practice in California

Minimum 7 years of litigation experience

Expertise in wage and hour class actions, PAGA matters, and employment claims (e.g., discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination)

Strong knowledge of federal and California employment laws

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Legal project management experience is a plus

Trial experience preferred

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range:

$190,000 – $230,000 (commensurate with experience)
