Annual Bonus Litigation Attorney – Silicon Valley - Hybrid (1 day in office) A leading national full-service business law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its CA team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters, including general liability, contract disputes, construction law, and other business-related claims. What You’ll Do
Manage all phases of commercial and defense litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation Handle disputes involving contracts, business relationships, construction projects, and other commercial matters Advise and represent clients while maintaining strong client relationships Collaborate with colleagues across departments to develop strategic solutions and achieve successful outcomes What We’re Looking For
2-6 years of litigation experience, including insurance defense & commercial litigation JD from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in New York Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines Team player with excellent interpersonal skills Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short and Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance Unlimited PTO and Paid Parental Leave Referral program This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to take on challenging commercial litigation work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment!
