What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive growth and expansion across a defined portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts

Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer executives, including C‑suite stakeholders

Develop and execute business and customer success plans aligned to customer goals and transformation priorities

Recruit, develop, and coach a world‑class team of sales professionals

Implement scalable sales processes and frameworks to accelerate growth

What is Required (Qualifications)

15+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding revenue goals

5+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise sales teams

Deep experience selling into the Hi‑Tech, Manufacturing, or Healthcare sectors

Proven success in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments

Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience

Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills

Strong knowledge of complex enterprise sales cycles, subscription models, and value‑based selling
