What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive growth and expansion across a defined portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts

Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer executives, including C-suite stakeholders

Develop and execute business and customer success plans aligned to each customer's goals and value drivers

Recruit, develop, and coach a world-class team of sales professionals

Partner cross-functionally with marketing, alliances, and customer success to ensure holistic account engagement and retention

What is Required (Qualifications):

15+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding revenue goals

5+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise sales teams

Deep experience selling into the Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, or Healthcare sectors

Strong knowledge of complex enterprise sales cycles, subscription models, and value-based selling

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience
