Job Summary
The Regional Safety Manager leads safety initiatives across multiple field sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards while fostering a culture of proactive risk mitigation. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits at branch offices and project locations. Identify hazards, coach staff, and implement corrective actions to prevent unsafe acts or conditions. Lead investigations for workplace incidents, injuries, and vehicle-related events, determining root causes and corrective actions. Maintain accurate incident records in the company safety management system. Facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions tailored to HVAC field operations. Collaborate with Corporate Safety to ensure timely reporting, documentation, and follow-up on incidents. Champion company safety culture by promoting employee involvement, recognition, and accountability. Stay current with federal, state, and local safety regulations to reflect evolving standards. Manage safety programs in fast‑paced, multi‑site operations and support cross‑functional teams. Job Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field required. Professional safety certifications (OSHA 30, CHST, CSP) highly desirable. Minimum of 3 years of progressive EHS experience, preferably within HVAC or construction environments. Proven ability to manage safety programs in dynamic, field‑based settings. Experience supporting cross‑functional teams and managing administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and safety management systems. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Self‑motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Willingness to travel regularly to regional branch offices (approximately 50% travel). Compensation Range
$90,000 - $125,000 per year Benefits
