We're Hiring: Bilingual Recruiter (Full‑Cycle | Onsite | Denver Area) We’re looking for a skilled and strategic recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring efforts in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment. This role requires a proactive approach to talent sourcing, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to deliver a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
What You'll Do
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to build and execute effective recruiting strategies
Source top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Conduct screenings, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Promote our employer value proposition with professionalism and clarity
Identify and implement process improvements in recruitment operations
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strategic thinking and a problem‑solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting tools, including ATS
SHRM certification and/or relevant degree preferred
Valid driver’s license and willingness to attend local hiring events
