Overview Seeking a seasoned

Sr. Business Systems Analyst

to drive

Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation

across ERP & CRM platforms. The role combines business analysis, agile leadership, and cross‑functional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and documentation for O2C processes.

Manage external vendor teams and coordinate system implementations.

Perform data cleansing, ETL, and migration activities.

Oversee UAT, regression testing, and release management.

Provide functional/technical guidance on Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and SaaS ERP systems.

Requirements

10+ years in IT with deep O2C process expertise.

Strong experience with CRM (Salesforce, CPQ) and ERP (Infor, NetSuite, MS Dynamics).

Proven ability to lead stakeholder sessions and transformation initiatives.

Hands‑on with data migration and integration tools.

Nice to Have

SaaS ERP implementation experience.

Manufacturing domain exposure.
