Key Autism Services is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. We are currently offering relocation packages for BCBAs interested in relocating to any of our locations: Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nebraska, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $115,000+ inclusive of achievable bonus potential. Locations include: Alabama - Home based in the greater Birmingham, Huntsville, Mobile, and Montgomery regions. Colorado - Home based in the Boulder, Colorado Springs, and Greater Denver regions. Clinic based in Centennial, CO. Georgia - Home based in and around the greater Atlanta region. Clinic based in Atlanta, Cartersville, Conyers, Cumming, Douglasville, Honey Creek, Kennesaw, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Lithia Springs, Peachtree City, Riverdale, and Stockbridge. Illinois - Home based in Chicagoland. Clinic based in Norwood Park and Palos Heights. Massachusetts - Home based throughout the region, excluding Western Mass and Cape Cod. Clinic based in Southborough, MA. North Carolina - Home based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, and Winston-Salem. NC Clinic based in Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh, and Winston-Salem. Tennessee - Home based in the greater Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville regions. What we offer full-time BCBAs: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Performance incentives with monthly bonus potential Comprehensive health coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision), plus life and disability insurance - company-sponsored 25 paid days off (increases after 3 years), plus extra WFH days Flexible hours, with home-based BCBAs able to create their own schedule; no weekends required Center-based BCBAs enjoy no nights or weekends Minimized drive times through location-based client matching Reimbursement for external CEUs up to $750 per year Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Mentoring programs to support clinical skill development Leadership and growth opportunities with internal promotion pathways Referral bonuses Tuition discounts with university partners Reimbursement for session-related materials and equipment Relocation assistance within the states KAS serves Virtual electronic data collection system to streamline paperwork and expedite plan development Requirements: Current BCBA certification and LABA (if applicable by state) Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education) Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status Reliable personal transportation Previous ABA experience Comfort working with families and providing in-home services Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and monitoring treatment plans, supervising RBTs, supporting families, and reviewing program effectiveness.
