Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Manufacturing division, full-time, finance and sales.
Base pay range: $80,000 – $105,000 per year.
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our vibrant team. This permanent position reports directly to the Finance Director and will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that provides senior leadership with analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance.
Conduct financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps.
Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Proficiency in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and understanding of financial concepts.
Strong proficiency in Excel and other analytics software. .
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to present complex financial information in an easy to understand format.
Ability to work closely with senior management and influence decision making.
Advanced business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
Professional certification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
