Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Tech Advisory Consulting Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology strategy, IT project management, and business process analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, technology challenges, and opportunities.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop actionable technology strategies that align with their goals.

Develop and deliver technology roadmaps and implementation plans; provide guidance on IT governance, risk management, and compliance.

Oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Analyze clients' business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.

Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that meet clients' needs.

Facilitate clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and senior management. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations.

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the consulting practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

At least five (5) years of experience in technology consulting, including IT due diligence, IT project management, or a similar role servicing private equity clients.

Experience with Manufacturing & Distribution clients is a plus.

Previous data analytics experience required.

Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, COBIT) are a plus.

Hybrid or Remote work arrangement.

25–50% travel required.
