Job Summary:

Talent Software Services is seeking a Data - Supply Chain Planner to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to the production schedule. This role ensures that networking hardware moves seamlessly from suppliers to data centres worldwide, guaranteeing the right part is at the right place at the right time.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.

Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and material requirements and material priorities.

Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.

Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.

Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labour or material shortages, or other interruptions.

Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments.

Collaborate with suppliers, logistics, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of hardware as per purchase orders.

Manage purchase orders related to the APAC region and ensure on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

Strong supply chain background with experience in sourcing and managing suppliers.

Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data analytics.

Demonstrated program/project management experience.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.

5-7 years of supply chain experience.

Experience with data analytics using Power BI.

High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyse costs related to manufacturing, labour, and materials.

Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.

Basic mentoring skills are necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.

Experience with computer applications, such as Word and Excel.
