We are seeking a diligent and experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules. Your primary focus will be to ensure networking hardware moves efficiently from suppliers to global data centers, guaranteeing the right part is at the right place at the right time.
Responsibilities
Examine documents, materials, and products to monitor work processes for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
Review production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements and priorities.
Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, or other interruptions.
Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments.
Essential Skills
5-7+ years of proven and professional Supply Chain Planning experience.
Experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager.
4+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, and inventory management.
5+ years of proficiency with the MS Office Suite, especially advanced Excel features, and Power BI know-how.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Work Environment This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be located in the PST time zone to align with APAC coordination needs. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility required for APAC coordination (e.g., start ~10 AM PST, end ~6 PM PST). No overtime is expected. The equipment or software needed will be provided by the supplier.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $41.00/hr.
