The Drop & Count Supervisor is responsible for supervising the entire drop and money room operations during their shift. This includes verifying loose and bundled money and coin transactions and reconciling counts to gaming systems. Key Responsibilities Practice, support, and maintain the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC. Ensure protection of large sums of currency through strict adherence to procedures and detail-oriented processes to prevent losses. Remain aware of and report any changes or issues affecting currency security to the Drop & Count Manager. Count and reconcile total funds to ensure integrity and accuracy. Conduct mechanically assisted drop of bill validator boxes. Oversee all aspects of the count process-from box opening, currency documentation, bundling, to final reconciliation. Verify, monitor, and reconcile distribution of bill acceptor cash boxes. Ensure compliance with department/company policies, procedures, internal controls, and applicable regulations. Safeguard company assets and prepare necessary reconciliation paperwork. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Required: Must be 21 years or older. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years of cashiering or banking experience (or related field), with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Deep knowledge of state gaming regulations relating to casino operations. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in gaming drop and count operations Work Environment & Physical Requirements Exposure to loud noise, secondhand smoke, and standard casino conditions Frequent standing, bending, and walking throughout shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. GUARANTEED HOURS: If a team member completed tasked work correctly and accurately before the lotted time, they will be paid the time scheduled. If the work exceeds the scheduled hours, the team member will be paid for actual hours worked.
