Senior Recruiting Manager at KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting Responsibilities

Ownership of the month-end close

Complex account reconciling and analysis

Assist with financial statement prep

Monthly reporting

Support the internal/external audits

SOX / Controls / GAAP

Ad hoc projects

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Previous public company or biotech experience

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

2+ years of accounting experience

BS Degree – Accounting or Finance

Public accounting/CPA a plus

Compensation: $100K - $120K base plus bonus
