KBW has teamed up with a growing software company, located in the Boston area, on a search for a hard-working and personable Senior Financial Analyst with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The Senior Financial Analyst will be part of a lean finance group with high visibility to the board/C-Suite. Primary responsibilities will include monthly forecasting and budget analysis, tracking key operational and financial metrics, managing reporting and presentations. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter, with drive, looking to grow into a Manager. Responsibilities
Annual budgeting process Develop and manage reporting and metrics Monthly forecasting and budget, variance analysis Tracking and analyzing key operational and financial metrics Strong business partnering experience Lead projects aimed at driving financial and operational performance Performing projects to provide insight into the strategic decision making process Qualifications
3+ years min Financial Analysis experience required Strong analytical and financial background BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required Advanced MS Excel skills Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Compensation
