Join the Labcorp team as a Remote Flow Cytometry Analyst in Shelton, CT.

In this full‑time role you will conduct high‑complexity flow cytometry analyses of leukemia/lymphoma specimens in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused laboratory environment. You will apply rigorous quality control, operate instrumentation, prepare samples, prioritize testing, and document results in compliance with safety and quality policies.

Responsibilities

Perform routine high‑complexity flow cytometry analyses and interpret dot‑plot data.

Execute quality assurance and quality control documentation.

Operate flow cytometry equipment to complete testing.

Prepare samples and prioritize testing according to policy.

Adhere to safety, quality control, and documentation policies.

Identify problems that adversely affect patient care and take appropriate action.

Participate in required continuing education activities.

Serve as a resource and example for other laboratory personnel.

Assist in training of personnel.

Show willingness to complete duties until finished.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work From Home Requirements

Dedicated room or HIPAA‑compliant home office space.

Minimum wired or wireless internet speed of 100 mb/s.

Effective remote work capability in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science or meet CLIA & state regulatory requirements.

Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience.

Experience in flow cytometry analysis.

ASCP cert (MT, MLS, CLS, SCYM) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Proficiency with computers and laboratory information systems is a plus.

High attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills.

Pass a standardized color vision screen.

Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts as needed.

Required state clinical license in California, Florida, Louisiana, Hawaii, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Tennessee, West Virginia.
