$29.61/hr - $38.07/hr This position plays a crucial role in the financial health of the organization by analyzing and reconciling accounts, preparing variance reports, and developing financial forecasts and budgets. The individual will conduct in-depth research to assess the accounting implications of various strategies and will be responsible for executing financial analysis projects that inform key business decisions. Analyze and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare and annotate variance reports for management review. Collaborate with operating plans to create supporting financial forecasts and budgets. Conduct research on accounting consequences of alternative approaches. Lead financial analysis projects including capital versus expense evaluations, ROI assessments, resource allocations, and budget preparations. Perform special statistical studies as required. Analyze performance returns for accuracy and communicate results with investment professionals. Skills
Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of popular financial management applications. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus but not mandatory. Benefits
