Superior Rigging & Erecting Co. is seeking a highly organized and dependable Crane and Rigging Sales Coordinator to support our Crane and Rigging Sales Team. This role is responsible for managing internal and external documentation, ensuring compliance with both Superior Rigging and client-specific requirements. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and flexible team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a sharp attention to detail. This position plays a key part in keeping projects running smoothly, compliantly, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule all crane and rigging jobs for both the Sales Team and the Steel Department, ensuring timely coordination and resource availability to meet project deadlines.

Manage pre-qualification and safety package submissions for General Contractors, Owners, and other requesting entities, including certificates of insurance, operator certifications, company safety information and documentation, detailed lift plans and lift packages.

Ensure all drivers and crane operators are properly badged and credentialed according to the requirements of each jobsite, maintaining full compliance with client and project-specific access protocols.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees in the Crane department, ensuring they are properly trained on internal procedures, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.

Maintain up-to-date records of all crane inspections, operator certifications, and driver qualifications to ensure ongoing compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating with Superior Rigging and Erecting to ensure all crane and rigging support is properly scheduled, quoted, and invoiced through internal systems. This includes managing job scheduling, preparing and submitting quotes, and reviewing and approving invoices for accuracy and compliance.

Delegate incoming sales leads to the appropriate sales team member based on territory, specialization, or availability.

Demonstrate a willingness and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to gather information, resolve issues, and support the Crane and Rigging Sales Team’s goals.
