Overview
What Superior Rigging & Erecting Co. is Asking You to Do:
Position is a 40 hour per week position - some overtime is required (must be approved).
Ensure all safety procedures/rules are followed.
Forklift certification is required.
Maintain and clean the tool room and its associated areas.
Unlocking and locking tool room daily.
Receive and review all purchase requests.
Work with purchasing manager to obtain and provide proper tools/materials to jobs in a promptly.
Maintain and utilize track tool tracking program (Excel spreadsheet).
Receive and confirm all tool list.
Assist in loading and coordination of tools in the warehouse.
Manage and assist on all tool rentals.
Inspecting tools for damage and getting quotes for repair.
Inspect rigging and equipment before being sent to jobs. When tools returned report any damages.
Maintaining calibration/certifications of all optical tools, skid-mores, and other equipment.
Maintain records of calibrations.
Track and submit all time for tool room.
Track and maintain propane tank level.
Attend operations meetings weekly.
Responsible for training tool room assistant.
Knowledge of industry developments (perform frequent searches for new advancements).
Perform random jobsite tool audits when directed by operations.
Keep the tool room secure at all times.
Ensure no tools leave without being assigned in log to personnel and jobsite.
