Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Oracle Time and Labor Techno-Functional Lead Consultant with Oracle R12 EBS Time and Labor implementation and support experience. As an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Time and Labor talent, you will be intensely involved in business process consulting and support; you will define and understand the problem as well as proposing and creating the solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Time and Labor functional and technical activities, including solution design, configuration, testing, training, data conversion and go‑live. Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and internal capability building. Contribute to proposal development, client training and support. Define and understand business problems, propose solutions, and create implementation plans. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education. Minimum 7 years of Information Technology experience. Location within commuting distance of Hartford, CT / Indianapolis, IN / Phoenix, AZ / Raleigh, NC / Richardson, TX or willingness to relocate to any one of the mentioned areas. Travel required in the US and Canada. Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. Strong Oracle functional expertise and experience with industry services organizations. At least 2 or 3 full life‑cycle implementations and support experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite (Oracle Time and Labor, Payroll, Core HR) modules. Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle Time and Labor, Payroll, Core HR modules. Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle Global Payroll and integrations. Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle HR / Workday and integrations. Functional and Technical knowledge of Benefit interfaces. Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle Absence and interfaces. Knowledge of Payroll Interfaces – Oracle Global View / Celergo. Knowledge of Smart Recruiters interfaces. Knowledge of Oracle custom reports. Experience executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements, and analysis as well as preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions. Good knowledge about Oracle EBS R12.2.x strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and reports with third‑party applications. Solid understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM) and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.). Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, adapt in business interaction and understanding business applications. Desire to work in a global environment. Job Details
