The primary responsibility is leading a multi-functional team covering Budget Management, Accounting, Post Issue Processing, Call Center, and Claims. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with prior leadership experience and a strong knowledge of Group Life Insurance products. They should aim to become a Subject Matter Expert in our processes and procedures, utilizing multiple systems to ensure the timeliness and quality of daily operations. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: At least 3-5 years of experience in Group Life Insurance. Previous leadership experience managing daily operations with multiple direct reports. Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Overseeing financial budgets and expenditures related to group insurance operations. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Fostering a culture of accountability to achieve positive business and customer outcomes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Leading, motivating, and developing team members to meet departmental goals. Monitoring KPIs, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. Managing the client relationship for all operations. Qualifications: Basic: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of education. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Preferred: 3-5 years of experience managing BPO group operations across multiple locations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including documentation of standard operating procedures. Note:
