Location This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, and Bellevue, WA office(s), with in‑person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
What You’ll Do
Lead with Vision: Drive the design strategy and execution for key crypto features and experiences, setting a high bar for design excellence.
Shape the Future: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define how people interact with and understand crypto, simplifying complex systems for diverse audiences.
Champion Inclusion: Ensure our designs empower users of all backgrounds, building experiences that are accessible, equitable, and user‑friendly.
Own End‑to‑End Design: From research and ideation to prototyping and delivery, take ownership of crafting seamless, impactful designs.
Mentor and Inspire: Provide guidance and leadership within the design team, fostering collaboration, growth, and innovation.
What You Bring
Proven Expertise: Extensive experience designing for complex, user‑focused products at scale, with a strong portfolio that showcases your ability to simplify intricate workflows.
Crypto Curiosity: While deep crypto knowledge isn’t required, an eagerness to dive in and understand the space is a must.
Inclusive Design Thinking: A strong commitment to creating equitable and accessible experiences that resonate with diverse user groups.
Systems Problem Solver: Excel at balancing micro and macro perspectives, creating cohesive design systems that scale.
