Job Overview
The Senior HR Coordinator will support HR Operations by posting jobs, preparing offer letters, and entering new hire details. This position will help coordinate onboarding and respond to employee questions with care and accuracy. The Senior HR Coordinator will maintain employee records, assist with system updates, and ensure data is correct and compliant. This position will work with other teams to solve problems, improve processes, and create a better experience for employees.
This position will full time, Monday-Friday, and be onsite in our Bloomington, MN Corporate Office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed through Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions.
Responsibilities
Post job requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accuracy and consistency.
Prepare and send offer letters in alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines.
Process new hire information in UKG Pro, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
Coordinate onboarding activities and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
Serve as the primary administrator for UKG People Assist, managing case workflows and ensuring timely resolution.
Monitor and respond to employee inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed.
Maintain knowledge base articles and contribute to processing documentation.
Assist with basic HRIS transactions such as employee updates, organizational changes, and reporting.
Support data integrity efforts through audits and reconciliations.
Help troubleshoot system issues and liaise with IT or UKG support when necessary.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to hiring and employee data.
Maintain digital employee files and ensure proper documentation is collected and stored.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Apply critical thinking to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in collaboration with other departments and teams.
Any and all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of relevant experience in administrative support, human resources, or talent acquisition.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to respond promptly and accurately to inquiries, direct requests appropriately, and ensure follow‑through.
High level of accountability and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive employee data and documentation.
