Overview
The Senior Accountant plays a key role in accurately preparing financial and accounting records. This is a full-time position working M-F from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm at our Corporate Office in Bloomington. Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed through Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions.
Essential Functions
Manage the daily transaction process
Assist in month-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis
Prepare monthly financial statements for related companies
Prepare internal reports and analysis
Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements
Maintain the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable system for multiple companies
Maintain fixed asset listings
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
Assist with annual budget process and ongoing variance analysis
Provide financial guidance and support on special projects
Assist with developing monthly management reports
Occasionally participate in community functions relating to outreach events throughout the organization
Any and all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2-4 years of applicable experience
Strong GAAP knowledge
Experienced with Excel and ERP system(s)
Self-motivated and the ability to function independently, as well as with a team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Effectively operate equipment and communicate on and operate the phone system
Work independently with minimal supervision
Travel to other work locations, if required
