About the role
We’re building a specialty desk focused on autism services. You’ll run a true full‑desk: business development + recruiting for BCBA and RBT roles (plus related behavioral health positions). If you know the ABA space, move fast, and love owning the whole cycle, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll do
Own the full lifecycle: prospect and win new clinic/therapy customers, take intakes, source/screen, present shortlists, schedule interviews, close offers. Build and manage a pipeline of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical leaders; keep clean notes in the ATS. Drive outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and text; hit weekly activity and submittal goals. Advise clients on market comp, supervision ratios, caseload expectations, and licensure timelines. Maintain candidate care: fast feedback, clear expectations, and tight follow-through.
Must‑haves
2–3+ years recruiting in behavioral health, ideally ABA with direct BCBA/RBT placements. Proven full‑desk track record (you’ve brought in new logos and filled roles). Comfortable discussing BACB/TDLR credentials, supervision, and clinic vs. school settings. Self‑starter who thrives in a remote, commission‑heavy environment (owner mindset). Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter/Boolean, ATS hygiene, and phone/SMS outreach.
Nice‑to‑haves
Existing DFW/Texas clinic relationships or talent network. Experience with school district placements (IEP/FBA/BIP) or bilingual candidate pipelines. Familiarity with simple automations (sequences, templates, scheduling links).
Compensation
Commission‑forward
with upside for producers; base/retainer may be considered for the right fit. Base of $40,000 - $60,000 DOE. Commissions and new client bonus OTE of $110,000 to $180,000 Transparent tiers and fast payout cycles.
