About Our Client:

Our Client is a global fintech SaaS that combines fund management software with digital asset technology. Their platform supports tokenization, compliance, and management of financial assets for the full trade lifecycle across multiple jurisdictions. They are seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to oversee and optimize critical business functions, streamline workflows, and ensure operational excellence across the company. This role is designed for a high-performing professional who can evolve into a key leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Governance & Compliance

Manage corporate secretarial teams across jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Oversee corporate governance, including board resolutions, company structure changes, monthly operational reviews and legal considerations.

Maintain cohesion across global entities for tax, compliance, and reporting requirements.

Ensure timely payroll, tax submissions, and compliance reporting.

Act as a primary point of contact for Singapore Fintech Association (SFA) initiatives and participation.

HR & People Management

Oversee HR processes, including contracts and benefit packages for employees and advisors.

Manage healthcare benefits, payroll, and government-level benefits along with their associated third party providers.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices in relevant jurisdictions.

Legal, Regulatory Licenses, and Risk Management

Support COO and collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage cross-border and entity-specific risk, including the United States, Singapore, Europe and off-shore locations.

Support COO to oversee service providers and partners supporting regulatory licenses and audits (CST, Conyers, Canvewell, Horangi, Pinsent, Nelson Mullins etc).

Support COO to manage contracts and legal documentation for the SaaS product, including SLAs, privacy policies, and terms and conditions.

Liaise with relevant legal teams on a daily basis to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks globally.

Support COO to oversee KYC/AML compliance, custody, and transaction monitoring tools (e.g., Cynopsis, Propine, Parallel Markets, Chain Analysis, Fireblocks, Scila).

Finance & Operations

Provide weekly oversight of payroll, tax submissions, and compliance reporting.

Manage the operational execution of cross-border communication and corporate initiatives.

Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of financial data across jurisdictions.

Business Development & Sales Support

Collaborate with the sales team to co-lead acquisitions and strategic initiatives, including initial pitch, representing the back office and technology infrastructure (custody, KYC/AML etc.), onboarding, legal and compliance guidance and events.

Provide front-office and back-office support for sales, ensuring alignment with operational goals.

Product & Project Management

Support the product team in the development and deployment of new features.

Oversee project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of key initiatives.

Act as a liaison between product, sales, and operations teams to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or a similar leadership role. Startup experience preferred.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Deep knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and tax in a global context.

Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements for fintech SaaS platforms.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Jira, HubSpot, Slack, and Telegram.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
