Job Summary
Delta Plus USA seeks an experienced Outside Sales Specialist to drive sales growth and expand market presence within the assigned territory. Base salary $50,000 plus uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain a sales pipeline of $2M+ in opportunities.
Close $1M+ in new business annually through prospecting and negotiation.
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with end-users, distributors, and key accounts.
Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and product launches.
Represent Delta Plus USA at trade shows and networking events.
Maintain accurate records, provide sales forecasts, and report market feedback.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Stay informed about industry regulations and educate customers on compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience in PPE or industrial products.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, including closing $1M+ new business.
OSHA training cards and QSSP certification desirable.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.
