We're seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual to help oversee property management operations while providing essential administrative support to our client's team Carlsbad. Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day property management functions - including leasing, renewals, tenant relations, and vendor coordination. Assist with real estate remodel and rehabilitation projects. Prepare, negotiate, and manage lease agreements. Oversee maintenance requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Maintain accurate property records, financial reports, and CRM documentation. Partner with finance and ownership teams to support budgeting, reporting, and long-term strategic objectives. Enhance office efficiency by streamlining processes and supporting leadership with administrative needs. Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, property owners, and vendors. Contribute to social media and marketing initiatives to promote properties and strengthen community engagement. Qualifications

Commercial property management experience (residential as well is a plus). Proficiency with basic computer applications. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Seniority level
