Customer Service Manager
at Ultimate Staffing Services to lead a motivated team and ensure exceptional customer interactions. This role is central to enhancing the customer journey, driving loyalty, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction at every stage of engagement. Base pay range $66,000.00/yr - $72,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and guide the customer support team - setting clear goals and reinforcing company standards for customer experience. Oversee and enhance the Zendesk customer support platform, ensuring it effectively addresses the needs of the customer base. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions to eliminate customer pain points. Design and refine the overall customer experience strategy by analyzing customer needs and building a clear roadmap for improvements. Develop and apply best practices for customer research, data collection, metrics, and feedback analysis. Apply a strong understanding of business operations and departmental processes to improve efficiency and service delivery. Required Qualifications
Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic, people-first approach. Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and quality control management. Ability to think critically, solve problems, and communicate effectively (written and verbal). Proficiency with:
NetSuite ERP HubSpot CRM Zendesk Customer Support Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation & Benefits
