Recruiter in Greenvolt Power/Student of SWPS University We’re looking for an
experienced Procurement Manager
to lead strategic purchasing activities for our
utility‑scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage (BESS)
projects.
In this role, you’ll bridge
commercial, technical, and legal aspects
of procurement, ensuring cost‑effective sourcing, strong contractual protections, and seamless collaboration with engineering and construction teams.
Your Responsibilities
Lead procurement for
engineering services, major equipment, and EPC/O&M contracts
(including PV modules, inverters, turbines, transformers, BESS systems, etc.).
Draft, negotiate, and manage
engineering and construction contracts (EPC, BOP, OEM supply, O&M, LTSA).
Collaborate with
engineering and delivery teams
to translate technical specifications into procurement packages and scopes of work.
Manage
RFP processes, bid evaluations, and supplier negotiations
to ensure competitive pricing and robust contract terms.
Ensure contracts include essential commercial and technical protections:
warranties, performance guarantees, LDs, delivery milestones , and more.
Oversee
supplier qualification , compliance reviews, and management of long‑lead items and supply risks.
Work cross‑functionally with
project finance, legal, and development teams
to align procurement with financing and regulatory requirements.
Monitor contract execution, manage amendments, and support claims or dispute resolution as required.
Our Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering, Supply Chain, Business , or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
5+ years of experience
in procurement, contract management, or engineering within
renewable energy or large infrastructure projects .
Solid understanding of
EPC and OEM agreements
in solar, wind, and/or energy storage.
Strong
negotiation and contract management
skills, with a clear understanding of risk allocation.
Excellent
project management and cross‑functional communication
abilities.
Comfortable working in a
fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
with multiple priorities.
