Account Executive - Design and Deliver Cutting-Edge AV Solutions in the Bay Area! We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive to develop client relationships, design integrated systems, and manage projects through successful completion.
What You’ll Be Doing
Business Development: Generate and manage relationships with new and existing clients in the Bay Area.
Technical Design: Collaborate with customers and engineers to determine requirements, budgets, and technical specifications.
Contract Management: Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements that align with project goals and budgets.
Coordination: Oversee installation details and logistics with the Sales Assistant, Inventory Clerk, and field teams.
Site Visits: Ensure contractual requirements are met and clients are satisfied throughout installation.
Industry Expertise: Maintain up-to-date product and system knowledge through continuous learning.
Client Support: Follow up post-project to confirm satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of experience designing and selling AV, lighting, and control systems.
Strong background in technical sales and project coordination.
Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
AV industry certification or membership preferred.
Self-starter with a customer-first mindset and commitment to excellence.
